Being that I am primarily a wedding photographer, I don’t get to photograph many family sessions throughout the year. As a mom of two, I adore family sessions and it’s always such an honor to be invited to celebrate these milestones in my clients’ lives. Maternity sessions are very special to me, as I spent the majority of this year being pregnant. Our little Emma came into the world just a few short months ago and I already miss those little kicks inside my baby bump.
When Karissa messaged me about doing her maternity photos, I was literally so excited because I had just been through the same experience. Her and Ryan live in Amherst and for their maternity session we met up in Lynchburg. We found the perfect location for her fall maternity pictures and the light was simply gorgeous!! I couldn’t be happier for this amazing couple who are getting ready to welcome their sweet baby Hayden into their family in the next couple of months.
