SORELLA FARMS ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS, VIRGINIA: SALLIE+CHRIS

sunset engagement photos at sorella The first time I met Sallie I knew she was the type of bride I would LOVE to work with, even more so when I found out the venue she had chosen for her wedding. Sorella Farms is just one of those wedding venues in Central Virginia that take your breath away… rustic barn with a modern touch, and those chandeliers inside – ahhh-mazing! I’m telling you guys, if you haven’t visited Sorella Farms before, you just have to! Sallie and Chris live in Florida (can I say jealous?) and came home to be with family over Thanksgiving. They asked if we could squeeze in a last minute engagement session as they might not be able to both come back to Virginia before their wedding in June. The weather didn’t want to cooperate that week but we decided to go for it anyway, and I am SO happy we did. Chris, most likely, won’t be able to make it back to Virginia until the summer, so that’s a win right there for battling the cold weather back in November. I am telling you, these two are one of the bravest couples I’ve had the opportunity to photograph so far. The rain and cold water didn’t scare them away and we captured some killer night shots of them. We are so honored to photograph their wedding at Sorella  this year and can’t wait for their big day!
