Bedford Columns Wedding: Maggie+Sam

This Saturday we had the privilege of photographing Maggie and Sam’s wedding at the Bedford Columns! Located in Bedford, Virginia, The Bedford Columns is one of the most
exquisite wedding venues around. As you scroll through the photos below, you’ll see what I mean!

Maggie and Sam are one of the sweetest couples you will ever meet. Believe it or not, these two were born on the same day and year, only hours apart. To make things extra special, Sam proposed to Maggie on their birthday.

Their wedding day could not have been any more perfect! From the little details, to the gorgeous mansion that served as their wedding venue, everything was flawless. On a side note, I may or may not have fallen in love with Maggie’s bridal shoes!!! I sure need to get me a pair!

One of my favorite things to do at a wedding is photograph the bridal details. You can only imagine my excitement when I noticed that Sam’s wedding ring had the words I love you to the moon and back engraved on the inside!

I told you the wedding shoes are simply gorgeous! See what I mean?!

The father-daughter first look is one of my favorite parts of a wedding day! The excitement, the tears, the warm hugs. They get me every time!

How beautiful is this wedding venue in Bedford, Virginia?! The Bedford Columns was definitely the perfect reception location for Maggie and Sam’s wedding.

Fleur-de-lis definitely outdid themselves with this wedding bouquets! Those shades of purple are to die for.

Ahh! Stop it, you two! You guys are beyond amazing!

There’s no secret that I love me a gorgeous Angela Hudson wedding cake! Every time my brides tell me that Angela is making the cake for their wedding, I know it’s going to look (and taste) amazing. For this Bedford Columns wedding, Angela Hudson Cakes made an ultra smooth buttercream wedding cake.
