I can hardly believe Kenneth is ONE already! It feels like it was yesterday that I first held him in my arms. He was born three weeks early so we had 3 extra weeks to spend with him and love on him. This little man was 4.6 pounds when he was born, and now I can barely hold him in my arms because he is so heavy. He is the joy of our lives and could not imagine life without him!
Yesterday we had a birthday party for him with our immediate family. And it was awesome! Kenneth had so.much.fun and was such a good boy even though he missed his regular nap. He loves the Old MacDonald Had a Farm song so it was only fitting to have a farm-themed birthday party for him. We tried to customize many of his decorations and I have to give a big shout out to my friend, Sandy for custom designing many of the props we used. His cake looked amazing and tasted delicious! Many thanks to Angela Hudson Cakes for making it for us, and gifting us a cow cake for Kenneth to smash.
