I am so excited to share these beautiful Manassas National Battlefield Park Engagement Photos on the blog today! Lorenzo and Catherine were so great to work with and I am so excited about their wedding next year!!
They met on an online dating site at the beginning of 2014. He is in the Navy and was on deployment overseas when they first started talking online. They maintained their online relationship for three months over chat and Skype and finally met when he arrived home in May 2014. Things have only gotten better from there. Lorenzo proposed at the end of May 2017 in the Bahamas, and the rest is history.
One thing you might not know is that Lorenzo is also a photographer for the Navy in photojournalism. I mean, no pressure there, right? It’s always such an honor to be trusted by other photographers to document the most important day in their lives.
To be honest, I had not heard about Manassas National Battlefield Park until Catherine mentioned having her engagement photos taken there. I took my family on a quick location scout a few days prior to the session and I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. There are so many gorgeous spots everywhere you look. I immediately knew that Catherine and Lorenzo’s Manassas National Battlefield Park Engagement Photos were going to be some of my favorites.
Not only did we have gorgeous weather and the most spectacular sunset that day, but Catherine’s dress was also jaw dropping!
