This Easter is especially important to me because it is the first one I get to spend with my newborn son. He is my little miracle! He was not supposed to be born until April 18, 2014 but came a little early, March 27, 2014. This was definitely a surprise, but I consider it a blessing to get an additional 3 weeks to spend with him!
This Easter I decided to try something new – making brownies inside of eggshells! It was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I would encourage all of you to try it sometime. It is a fun experiment to do with family! Not only did we have fun making them, but they tasted delicious!
Lastly, I would like to advise everyone to enjoy some time with family this Easter. There is nothing better than some quality time with the ones you love. As you go through this blessed time of year, try to remember the true reason for the season! Christ is risen!
I can’t wait to make these for April Fools next year! Or just to freak my kids out ;p
