Here are my favorite gift Ideas for Mother’s Day! I don’t know about you, but I always find it interesting when people share unboxing videos on Instagram. They are always so much fun to watch, don’t you think?
Well, I don’t have an unboxing video for you today, but I do want to share some of my latest finds and purchases. Some of them are photography related, while others are just personal and fun. I think some of these are excellent gift ideas for Mother’s Day, if you’re still searching for the perfect gift.
Okay, so here we go!

1. Automatic Makeup Brush Cleaner
This is by far one of my most favorite purchases during the quarantine. I used to go months between cleaning my makeup brushes… I know, I know… but I didn’t like that they would take forever to dry and that I couldn’t use them during that time. Now, with the help of my new automatic brush cleaner, I wash and dry each brush in 30 seconds. It’s so much easier! Can’t beat that!
2. The Healthish Water Bottle
If you know that you don’t drink nearly enough water during the day, this amazing bottle has time markers so you can remember how much water to drink every hour. No more guesses. When you finish your first bottle, simply refill and follow the time markers again.
3. Revlon Hair Dryer Brush
This is such a time saver! Not only does it dry my hair in half the time, but it also straightens it, which means that I don’t have to use a hair straightener anymore. Such a lifesaver!
4. Antique Jewelry Tray
I found this cute antique tray on Amazon and thought it would be so cute to use when styling details on a wedding day. I like that it’s quite tiny and would compliment an invitation suite without overpowering the shot.
5. Acrylic Blocks
I love using acrylic blocks to elevate certain parts of the invitation suite in order to give more depth to my image. I found that these are the perfect height to use with invitations or paper products because they create a nice contrast.

6. Ring Light
Yes, I caved and purchased a ring light. What I love the most about this particular one is that it folds down, which means that you can carry it everywhere, including your purse. It’s super convenient to have on hand when filming videos on the go.
7. Essential Oil Roll-On Bottles
I purchased a set of these before our trip to Europe in March so that I could have some of my favorite blends on hand if we needed them. I like to use them specifically for cold symptoms. We roll these blends on our throats when we feel like a cold is about to hit us and they really work wonders. Here are my favorite blend recipes for colds:
Recipe 1: 10 drops of thieves oil + 10 drops of lemon oil + carrier oil (I use coconut oil)
Recipe 2: 10 drops of peppermint oil + 10 drops of eucalyptus oil + 10 drops of lavender oil + carrier oil (I use coconut oil)
8. Essential Oil Carrying Case
This case made it super easy for me to have all of my oils and rollers in one place when I traveled. I highly recommend it.
9. Fabric Defuzzer
I don’t know how I lived without a defuzzer before! It removes fuzz, lint, and pilling. I use it on clothes all the time, and recently started using it on my couch as well. It literally works wonders and it’s so satisfying to see all the fuzz gone in seconds! I love this thing so much!
10. The One Line a Day Journal
Journaling has been on my to-do list for a long time, however, I always felt like I didn’t know where to start. This 5 year journal is such a simple and easy way to get started.
Bonus! Personalized Initial Necklace
I absolutely love this necklace. I customized it with my kids’ initials and have been wearing it daily since I got it. The shipping was super fast and the quality is absolutely amazing!
