The HoneyBook Client Portal is a private online hub that HoneyBook creates automatically for each of your clients. It shows them everything they need:
- contracts
- invoice and payments
- emails
- shared files and links
- to-do’s and tasks

How to Brand Your Client Portal
Want your portal to feel like an extension of your website? Here’s how to do it:
1. Go to Company Settings → Domains & Client Portal → Customize.
2. Pick your brand colors, fonts, and buttons.
3. If you go to Company Brand you can also upload your logo or choose a header image (this will show at the top of all your portals).
How to Share the HoneyBook Client Portal with Clients
Here’s how easy it is to give your clients access:
1. Go to your Projects in HoneyBook
2. Click on the project you want to share
3. Look for the Client Portal box and choose:
- Send link via email (drafts an email for you), or
- Copy link (use it in a text, email, or DM)
