These maternity photos are extra special because they were taken at the same wedding venue David and Brittany said “I do”. It’s always special to watch a couple’s journey, but getting to photograph each milestone in the same location where their story started? That’s extra special.
David and Brittany have been in front of my camera many, many times. From their engagement session to their wedding day, their pregnancy announcement, and now their maternity photos, I’ve had the privilege of documenting so many chapters of their lives. They’ve always been a joy to work with, kind, fun, and so in sync as a couple.
When they emailed me to share that they were expecting, I couldn’t wait to celebrate this new chapter with them. We planned a mini session to capture their pregnancy announcement, and then a few months later, we were back together at Cedar Oaks Farm for their maternity photos.
Walking around the venue with them brought back so many memories. “Remember when we took wedding portraits right there?” We laughed, pointing to a spot under the big tree near the ceremony site.
