When Christa and Israel asked me to photograph their wedding, I knew it was going to be a blast. What made this wedding stand-out from others was the unity within the family. It was great to see such closeness between siblings. One unique item that caught my eye was the bouquet that Christa’s mom hand-made for her. It was exquisite in detail and was a great display piece. To be honest, I do not know if the girls who lined up to catch it during the reception were trying to be “next” in getting married or just wanted a closer look. Not only was the bouquet, as well as the other decorations gorgeous, but the venue suited the couple perfectly. The wedding and reception took place in Lynchburg, Virginia at the quaint Old Pate Chapel located off Thomas Road.
