With its rolling hills and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance, the venue was picture-perfect. The farm’s timeless charm was perfect for Becca and Mark’s vision of an intimate and rustic wedding.
When I asked her what she was most excited about, Becca said: “I’m excited about being married to Mark! And I’m excited about doing that in front of our families and close friends and in a location that matters to us. Mostly, I’m happy to be with our families and share this with them.”

And that’s exactly how it was… a beautiful celebration surrounded by the people that matter the most to them.
I always love it when we get rain on a wedding day because I’m able to create some pretty unique images that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to. The sky in their bridal portraits had some gorgeous blue hues, which created the most romantic and ethereal atmosphere for portraits.
And you know what they say about rain – it’s a sign of good luck. And Mark and Becca’s love was the perfect embodiment of that sentiment. The rain might have nudged their plans in a different direction, but it didn’t dampen the joy or the spirits of those gathered to celebrate their marriage.
As the night grew darker, the barn turned into a haven of celebration. The laughter that filled the air was a testament to the happiness that radiated from Mark and Becca’s love.
