I was so excited to photograph this incredible Great Marsh wedding. Our sweet couple was so incredibly fun to work with. Also, the wedding vendors did a fantastic job coordinating everything. Can we just talk about the amazing flowers by the talented team behind Love Blooms DC? Or, the gorgeous wedding gown by Elaya Vaughn? From the paper suite, to the ring and accessories, everything was flawless.
This Great Marsh wedding was part of the three day workshop I attended back in February. If you know me, you know that committing to a three day event was a pretty big deal for me. I don’t like being away from my family for more than a day. However, I got to meet some incredible photographers and take part in an overall amazing experience.
Also, one of my favorite things about the workshop was the fact that the team behind Blue Water Kitchen prepared some really delicious meals for us that we got to enjoy… after we photographed them, of course.
While meeting new people and making new connections is great, sharing experiences and our photography journeys is priceless. One of the talented photographers I met during the workshop actually became my second shooter for one of my weddings this year. It’s so much fun connecting with people that are in the same stage of life and business as you are!
Aren’t these Bella Bella shoes absolutely amazing?!
These wedding details were to die for!
Can I photograph a Great Marsh wedding every weekend, please?!
