Adriane and Patrick’s navy blue wedding at the beautiful Glencliff Manor last weekend was simply a dream! They sure picked one of the most beautiful summer days to get married! The couple met at the Blue Ridge Community Church where they served together at the Welcome Center. They became friends and started talking every Sunday until one day Patrick asked Adriane out. He told her how he felt about her at the Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine, while overlooking Lynchburg.
They had been dating for two months when Adriane moved to Colorado for the summer. Patrick flew out to see her every month she was there. She then moved to China in August of the same year, where she lived for four and a half months. WhatsApp, Skype, and FaceTime became their best friends during this time. After seven months of dating long distance, Adriane came back to the States. In February of 2017, Patrick proposed at the Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where they first talked about how they felt about each other. He went all out, with rose petals, candles, a handmade sign that said “Will you marry me?”, and 4 friends to take pictures and film it. Way to go, Patrick!!
Glencliff Manor did an amazing job hosting Adriane and Patrick’s navy blue wedding! I may have said this many times before, but one of my absolute favorite things about this stunning wedding venue is the outdoor reception area. The white chandeliers, Spanish moss, and the strings of lights hanging from the trees make for a cozy, intimate backyard celebration.
Patrick and Adriane, you may be on your honeymoon in Punta Cana right now (jealous), but I am so excited to share this little preview from your wedding with you!! I cannot wait for you to see the full gallery soon!
How gorgeous are these navy blue bridesmaids dresses?
