You might be wondering why a tent is on a photographer’s must-have list, but trust me, this is a game-changer. I often shoot engagement sessions on top of a mountain or other remote locations. This portable and easy to set up tent provides a private and convenient space for my clients to change outfits.
We all know how frustrating it can be to deal with wrinkles on your styling mat or clothing during shoots. That’s where the wrinkle remover spray comes in handy! It’s quick and effective, and such a lifesaver. Just a few spritzes and wrinkles magically disappear. It’s definitely a must-have in every photographer’s kit.
As photographers, we generate a lot of data, and having an external hard drive is crucial. I don’t store anything on my desktop computer. The SanDisk memory cards are top-notch in terms of speed, reliability, and durability. I’ve been using the SanDisk brand from the time I started my business and have never had an issue.
7. Video Light
If you don’t have a video light in your camera bag, you NEED one. I use it for night time portraits and sparkler exists all the time. Trust me, it really does make a difference in how your night time images turn out.
These are a budget-friendly alternative to the expensive macro lenses. I started out with these and they are fantastic! I use them for ring shots all the time. Every single detail shot you’ve ever seen from me has been shot with these macro lenses.
9. Rechargeable Batteries and Charger
Having reliable rechargeable batteries is a must for any photographer. These high capacity batteries are long-lasting and come with a charger which is very convenient. I prefer these over the disposable batteries because they are so much more cost-effective.

We all know how quickly our phone batteries drain when we’re out shooting weddings or sessions. That’s why having a portable charger is a lifesaver.
